GYMNASTICS CLASSES

Our classes are designed and tailored for children of all ages and skill levels. Gymnastics is a great activity for the development of coordination, strength, flexibility, and confidence. During classes, students will use every muscle group while learning fundamental gymnastics skills and having tons of fun. All of our gymnastics classes follow USAG standard skill progressions. Students will find that gymnastics and fitness classes will enhance flexibility and help them build the strength needed to excel in other sports. ​Studies also show that students who are involved in gymnastics tend to perform better in school!

ADULT Participation is required. This is a co-ed class designed to develop and enhance your athletes strength and coordination through basic gymnastics and tumbling skills. Adult participation is required to help guide the athlete through gymnastics obstacles on the Olympic apparatus; floor exercise, balance beam, bars and vault. Class begins with a musical warm up and ends with bubbles and high five's! Perquisite: Athlete must be walking independently to participate

This is a co-ed independent class designed to develop and enhance your athletes strength and coordination through basic gymnastics and tumbling skills. Athletes will perform skills on floor exercise, balance beam, bars and vaulting events, as well as, our Air Floor & Tumble Traks.

Pink Panther
(Beginner)

Pink Panther classes are designed for the Novice athlete. Students will be introduced to gymnastics basics while training on the Olympic apparatus; Vault, Bars, Beam & Floor. Our athletes will develop skills such as handstands, cartwheels, bridges and more to continue to build coordination, agility, strength and confidence.

Silver Panther (Intermediate)

Silver Panther classes are designed for the Intermediate athlete. Students will progress their gymnastics skills on the Olympic apparatus; Vault, Bars, Beam & Floor. Our athletes will develop skills such as round offs, bridge kick overs, back hip circles and handstand flat backs. They will continue to build coordination, agility, strength and confidence.

Prerequisites: Vault - Handstand hold against wall (10 sec) Bars - Pullover from Sit (chin height) Beam - Pivot Turn Floor - Cartwheel

Black Panther (Advanced)

Black Panther classes are designed for the Intermediate/Advanced athlete. Students will progress their gymnastics skills on the Olympic apparatus; Vault, Bars, Beam & Floor. Our athletes will develop skills such as back walkover, cartwheel on beam, sole circle dismounts on bars and handstand flat back on mat stack. They will continue to build coordination, agility, strength and confidence.

 

Prerequisites: Vault - Handstand flatback Bars - Pullover (chin height) Beam - Side handstand Dismount Floor - Backbend Bridge Kickover

TUMBLE CLASS

Tumbling is a form of gymnastics performed without props or equipment. Also referred to as floor gymnastics, common moves performed in tumbling include flips, somersaults, tucks, handstands, and handsprings. Some sports, like cheerleading, typically incorporate tumbling skills.

Basic Tumbling Skills REQUIRED to take this class. Ex: Handstand, backbend, cartwheel. The class focuses on front/back walkovers, round offs, back/front handsprings using drills, strength training & teaching body control to build athletes muscle memory.

Private Lessons

Instructors set their own pricing according to their knowledge & experience and are responsible for scheduling.  Please contact our coaches directly or leave your information with our hospitality desk to schedule a private lesson.

Please be aware:

*Athletes' accounts must be current.
*Cancellations require a minimum of 8 hours notice. Failure to do so will result in being charged for the private session.
*Athletes must sign in at the hospitality desk upon arrival.
*Payments must be made directly to the instructor with cash or check on day of private. We do not accepts credit cards for private sessions.

FITNESS CLASS

These classes will allow your child to learn how to maneuver through our obstacle course to instill basic strength, balance and hand eye coordination, alongside technique, agility  and speed to release their inner ninja.
