GYMNASTICS CLASSES

Our classes are designed and tailored for children of all ages and skill levels. Gymnastics is a great activity for the development of coordination, strength, flexibility, and confidence. During classes, students will use every muscle group while learning fundamental gymnastics skills and having tons of fun. All of our gymnastics classes follow USAG standard skill progressions. Students will find that gymnastics and fitness classes will enhance flexibility and help them build the strength needed to excel in other sports. ​Studies also show that students who are involved in gymnastics tend to perform better in school!

TUMBLE/CHEER CLASS

Tumbling is a form of gymnastics performed without props or equipment. Also referred to as floor gymnastics, common moves performed in tumbling include flips, somersaults, tucks, handstands, and handsprings. Some sports, like cheerleading, typically incorporate tumbling skills.

Tumble/Cheer Private Lessons

Instructors set their own pricing according to their knowledge & experience and are responsible for scheduling.  Please contact our coaches directly or leave your information with our hospitality desk to schedule a private lesson.

Please be aware:

*Athletes' accounts must be current.
*Cancellations require a minimum of 8 hours notice. Failure to do so will result in being charged for the private session.
*Athletes must sign in at the hospitality desk upon arrival.
*Payments must be made directly to the instructor with cash or check on day of private. We do not accepts credit cards for private sessions.

FITNESS CLASS

These classes will allow your child to learn how to maneuver through our obstacle course to instill basic strength, balance and hand eye coordination, alongside technique, agility  and speed to release their inner ninja.
